What a Tune-Up Covers

David runs through your entire system zone by zone — checking heads, valves, pressure, coverage, and controller programming. He adjusts run times for the current season, replaces anything that's worn, and flags problems before they cost you water or kill plants.

Spring Startup

Repressurize the system after winter, test every zone, check for freeze damage, adjust heads, and reprogram the controller for the spring watering schedule.

Mid-Season Check

Tune-Up FAQ

How often should I get a tune-up?
At minimum, a spring startup and fall winterization. If your system is older or your property is large, a mid-summer check is worth it to catch problems before the hottest months.
Can you tune up a system you didn't install?
Yes. We work on any system regardless of who installed it. During the tune-up David will note anything that was done wrong or could be improved, and you can decide what to address.
Will a tune-up lower my water bill?
Usually, yes. Misaligned heads, stuck valves, and bad controller programming all waste water. Fixing those things during a tune-up often pays for the visit within a billing cycle or two.
