Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

What This Page Covers

These terms apply to your visit to the Brainard's Greenscapes website. The site exists to show our landscaping work, explain our services, and give you a way to reach us. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, you're welcome to close the page — browsing is entirely voluntary.

How the Site Is Meant to Be Used

Feel free to read through pages, look at the portfolio, and send us a message through the contact form. What we ask you not to do: run bots or scrapers against the site, try to break into areas you shouldn't have access to, or repost our content elsewhere without asking first.

Pricing and Project Details

Descriptions, photos, and service information on this site paint a general picture. None of it locks in a price or commits either side to a project. Every job is different — actual costs, timelines, and materials get worked out during an on-site visit with David. A written proposal from Brainard's Greenscapes is what governs any real engagement, not what's on these pages.

Our Content

The text, photography, logo, and page designs on this site belong to Brainard's Greenscapes. Portfolio photos show real projects completed by our crew and are our property. Please don't copy or republish anything from the site without written permission from us.

No Guarantees About the Website Itself

We keep the site as accurate and current as we can, but it's a website — pages can have typos, information can fall behind, and things occasionally break. Brainard's Greenscapes isn't on the hook for anything that goes wrong while you're browsing. If you hire us for landscaping work, those obligations live in the project agreement we sign together, not on this website.

Outside Links

A few pages link out to Google Maps, social media, and review platforms. Those are someone else's sites with their own rules. We point you there for convenience but can't vouch for what they do on their end.

Revisions

We may tweak this page over time. When that happens, the revision date above will reflect the change. Continuing to browse after a revision means you're fine with the updated language.

Applicable Law

New Mexico state law applies to these terms. If a disagreement ever reaches a courtroom, it would be handled in Doña Ana County.
